Introduction

IDE-SATA01 is a Parallel ATA to Serial ATA Host mode Bridge Board featuring Marvell 88SA8040 Serial ATA bridge Controller.

IDE-SATA01 is ideally suited for tailgate interface applications for converting Serial ATA device to ATA device. Both ATA and ATAPI modes are supported using the same firmware.

It allows SATA drive to be connected to ATA host controller. IDE-SATA01 provides the perfect solution for legacy ATA host controller to attach new SATA devices.
