Introduction

PCIEX16E-D8S is PCIe x16 edge connector to two PCIe x16 (x8 mode) Slots Interconnect Cabling solution. PCIEX16E-D8S is integrated by the following three key parts:

  • DIP8X-PCIE16XB02---Internal PCIe (two SFF-8654 8x) to PCI Express x16 Bifurcation Adapter Card
  • Two IPCIE16XD12-8---SFF-8654 8x Receptacle Connector to PCIe x16 (x8 mode) Slot Adapter Board
  • Two CB-S0037---SFF-8654 8x plug to SFF-8654 8x plug Cable

Please be noted that your mainboard needs to have PCIe bifurcation mode support.
