Introduction

The S3-PCIE1XG201-A is a SATA III (6 Gbps) to PCI Express x1 Gen2 Host Card.

The S3-PCIE1XG201-A provides two 6 Gbps SATA ports.

The S3-PCIE1XG201-A brings a high-performance 3 or 6 Gbps SATA hardware RAID solution to desktop/consumer storage applications utilizing a 1-lane PCI Express 2.0 interface. The S3-PCIE1XG201-A supports devices compliant with the Serial ATA International Organization: Serial ATA Revision 3.0 specification.

S3-PCIE1XG201-A supports a high reliable and extremely fast variety of storage applications (RAID 0, 1 and JBOD).

    A PCIe Gen 1 compliant slot reaches up to 2.5 Gbps throughput.
