Introduction

FW-142AMR is a FireWire 1394 mobile rack designed to enable hot-swap, plug-and-play operation for ATA devices through the connection to FireWire 1394 interface installed on a computer. FW-142AMR allows users to easily hot-swap hard disk drives mounted in the mobile rack without interrupting the current operation. FW-142AMR provides the perfect solution for data backup and transferring of data between computers using hard disk drives.

A two port FireWire (IEEE-1394) to ATA bridge board featuring Oxford OxFW911 (IEEE 1394 to ATA/ATAPI Native Bridge Controller) and Texas Instrument's new 1394a 400Mbps PHY.
Transfer speeds up to 100/200/400 Mbps.

2). Plastic and Mechanism
